I'm a personal trainer in Belconnen, Canberra
I discovered the gym as an adult with naïve enthusiasm, moving from machine to machine with no clue what to do. I remember how intimidating the free weights section was and how overwhelming the mountain of online exercise advice was.
Now, the gym has become a place for me to explore movement, build strength for the activities of life, improve my mental health, challenge myself, and work towards a variety of strength, muscle building, weight management, sports, and movement goals. I believe it can become the same for you too!
As a personal trainer, I'll work with you to figure out how exercise fits in your life and supports your goals. I combine my experience of a decade working in education, equity, and inclusion and a structured approach born from my training as an engineer to hear, empower, and support you.

Based at the Canberra International Sports and Aquatic Centre (CISAC), a Club Lime facility (no, you don't need a membership to train with me).

A personalised program that you can follow independently in the gym, at home, or at your local exercise park.
